- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among the teaching staff.
- **Staff Management**:

- Recruit, train, and evaluate teachers and administrative staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Provide mentorship and support to staff to enhance their professional growth.
- **Student Welfare**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
- Address student behavioral issues and provide guidance and support.
- Promote a positive school culture that encourages student engagement and participation.
