Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, CCTV, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training junior staff

**Job Specification**
- Must be a good communicator, be presentable and a good orator.
- Should Posses Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
- Maintain calm in complex situations and show leadership skills in managing multiple teams.
- Must be loud and confident with your presentation skills.
- Must have a thorough knowledge about recent trends and advancements in the field of IoT Products.

**Salary**: ₹10,374.64 - ₹37,707.46 per month
