Hematopathologist (Md - Hematopathology)

**Opportunity with an Esteemed Client Company of Sanskruti Solutions: (Diagnostic Setup Company)**

**Role**:Hematopathologist

**Work Location**: Wakad, Pune

**Working Pattern**: 6 Days / Week (Sunday Off)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive evaluation and interpretation of hematology and hematopathology specimens, including bone marrow aspirates / biopsies, peripheral blood smears, flow cytometry, cytogenetics, and molecular studies.
- Diagnose and monitor hematologic malignancies.
- Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, laboratory technologists, and other clinical specialists to provide integrated patient care.
- Review laboratory quality control, validate new tests/technologies, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards (NABL / CAP / ISO, as applicable).
- Participate in tumor boards, clinical discussions, and contribute to clinical decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in hematopathology and participate in continuous professional development.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- MD or MBBS with MD / DNB in Pathology; subspeciality fellowship in Hematopathology / DM in Hematopathology preferred.
- Strong diagnostic expertise in hematologic malignancies.
- Proficiency in advanced laboratory techniques including immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, hematopathology and Measurable Residual Disease (MRD).
- Experience working with LIMS, and lab accreditation systems is a plus.
- Comfortable with reporting Bone Marrow Aspirations and Bone Marrow Biopsy.
- Excellent analytical, interpretive, and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹165,000.00 per month
