**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and senior staff.
- Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- **Documentation & Records**:

- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and patient records.
- Document nursing interventions and responses.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other hospital staff.
- Participate in handovers and team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate life-saving interventions (e.g., CPR).
- Follow code protocols (e.g., Code Blue, Rapid Response).
- **Hygiene & Safety**:

- Uphold infection control and health and safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of patient areas and assist in maintaining a safe environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
