**Job Description**:
**Role Summary/Purpose**:
**Essential Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead and project manage** all aspects of **enterprise-wide analytical oversight engagements** from beginning to end, working directly with Risk and / or process owners.
- ** Independently validate** strategies, reports, dashboards, controls etc. for effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy **using any data and analytical tools** including Data Coding, Automation, Visualization, Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Statistics and other relevant options.
- ** Directly and indirectly managing and leading individuals**, growing their capabilities and progressing their engagements, while creating a collaborative and supportive trust-based culture.
- ** Engage, collaborate, effectively challenge** and **work directly with stakeholders** at all levels of the organization **including Sr. Leaders**.
- Leverage financial services **functional knowledge** across the entire customer lifecycle, balanced with **technical knowledge** to **develop and deliver analytical solutions** to any data driven problems and challenges.
- ** Innovate and re-imagine** **analytical solutions** through **value-add thought leadership** required to resolve Business gaps, high impact issues and concerns that require regulatory immediate action.
- ** Progress the state of analytics usage **within Risk to become a** best-in-class function **through **strategic planning **and measurable goal development.
- Engage in **storytelling** through **critical thinking and thought leadership-based** data insight that will lead to **value-add actions** that will improve both efficiencies and effectiveness of the Business.
- ** Present clear, impactful and measurable** analytics-based updates to the **Regulators and Business leaders**.
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4+ years of experience in financial services or banking/Credit card industry or in lieu of Degree, 7+ years of experience in financial services or banking/Credit card industry with a strong understanding of analytics
- 2+ years’ experience with SAS/SQL or other transferable logic-based programming.
- Strong written/oral communication skills
- For Internal Applicants: Understand the criteria or mandatory skills required for the role, before applying. Must not be any corrective action plan (First Formal/Final Formal, PIP)

Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligible.

Level 8+ employees can apply
- Shift Timing - 2 PM to 11 PM IST

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Exposure to Various Analytical Tools: R, Python, Tableau - SAS/ BI (Visualization), Decision Trees, Natural Language Processing Capability, Statistical Tools
- Proven Leadership Skills
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Direct Stakeholder Management Experience
- Direct / Indirect People Management Experience
- Financial services analytics-based experience
