Qualification

Electrical Skills:

- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including Kitchen equipment’s, fuses, lights, and wiring.
- Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning.
- Complete required documentation of repairs and service information.
- Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.
- Make timely repairs.

Wiring Skills:

- Correctly use and maintain the tools of the trade including power tools, test equipment and measuring instruments.
- Install all types of commonly used wiring and wiring accessories.
- Locate and repair faults in electrical wiring systems.
- Identify different types of cables and wires.
- Inspect and check electrical wiring systems.
- Use safety equipment, and protective devices and equipment.
- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.

Telecom Skills :.
- Install, repair and maintains all types of IP telephony systems, including adds, moves and changes of installed telephone services.
- Must work in conjunction with other departments for installs, provisioning repair and perform other maintenance duties as necessary. Must have the ability to read records and maps, including billing and central office circuit designs.
- Must have the ability to proficiently use, all test equipment related to this position for both fibre and copper-based systems.
- Determines through testing, necessary repairs that may include repairing wiring, station protectors, ground connections, running new wires, and replacing jacks, lids and pedestals as needed.

Plumbing Skills:

- Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Preparing cost estimates
- Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools.

Pay: ₹192,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
