**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Research and qualify potential clients to ensure they are a good fit for our ERP solutions.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Initiate contact with potential clients and build strong relationships through effective communication.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate ERP solutions to address their business challenges.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over the phone or via web conferencing tools.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage and track leads in the sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Client Support**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our ERP products and services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and improve sales scripts, strategies, and campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- **Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, BPO ,preferably in ERP sales.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
