**Job Responsibilities (Labor Ward Staff)**:
- Assisting in the delivery of babies and providing immediate postnatal care to mothers and newborns.
- Monitoring the progress of labor and assisting medical staff as required.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
**Job Responsibilities (NICU Staff)**:
- Providing specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
- Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing interventions as directed by medical staff.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for neonatal patients.
**Requirements**:
- Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
- Prior experience in labor and delivery or NICU settings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
