**Job Title: Admission Counsellor**
**Location: Teesla Aviation Academy**
**Reports to: Admissions Manager**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospective Student Interaction**: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, answering inquiries about the academy’s programs, admission requirements, and course offerings.
- **Counselling & Guidance**: Provide accurate information and guidance to potential students about course options, career paths in aviation, financial aid, and the enrollment process.
- **Promotional Activities**: Participate in outreach activities, including school visits, career fairs, and webinars, to promote Teesla Aviation Academy’s programs and attract new applicants.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, academic advisors, and faculty to ensure alignment in student recruitment efforts.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback on recruitment trends and suggest improvements to enhance the admissions process.
- **Admissions Documentation**: Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, admission brochures, and course catalogs.
- **Orientation Assistance**: Help with the orientation process for newly admitted students, ensuring they have the necessary information to start their studies successfully.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field. A background in education, business administration, or aviation is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in student admissions, sales, or customer service in an educational setting is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with student management systems.
- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of aviation industry trends, training requirements, and certification processes is an advantage.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Positive attitude with a passion for education and student success.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
- Enthusiasm for engaging with prospective students and helping them achieve their academic goals.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard office hours.

Pay: ₹11,930.83 - ₹35,887.00 per month
