Responsibility:

- Responsible for supporting multiple products and development teams in automating infrastructure, build pipelines, deployment, and production Sandbox support.
- Maintaining mission critical day-to-day operations of the production processing platform and internal company resources.
- Excellent Leadership, Technical, Communication, Analytical and Problem Solving skills and ability to get on well with people including cross-cultural backgrounds.
- Analysing, executing, and streamlining DevOps practices
- Automating processes with the right tools
- Facilitating development process and operations
- Establishing a suitable DevOps channel across the organization
- Setting up a continuous build environment to speed up software development and deployment process
- Architecting overall, comprehensive, and efficient practices
- Guiding developers and operation teams in case of an issue
- Monitoring, reviewing, and managing technical operations
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreements, Customer IPs, or other legal provisions.

Key skills (must have):

- Strong 10+ years as DevOps engineer.
- Exposure/expertise on Harness.io will be a huge plus
- Have a clear understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps tools, structure, processes, and mindsets
- Experience in Application code deployment to Dev, Staging, Production Sandbox environments
- Extensive UNIX & Windows system administration experience
- Expert level experience in Kubernetes
- Scripting experience in one of the scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash and / or Ruby scripting
- Experience with configuration and automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, Puppet and Chef
- Hands-on experience on AWS or Azure or GCP
- Knowledge of Active Directory and DNS servers
- Nice to have experience on ELK Stack (Elastic search, Log stash, and Kibana)
- Experience on Continuous build and integration environments
- Good understanding of revision control tools, such as GitHub, JIRA
- Ensure security and rapidity across the organization

Secondary Skills:

- Knowledge of software development tools, operating systems, virtual and physical infrastructure, network topologies, and security models
- Experience in Private Cloud (Hyper-V, VMware or OpenStack)
- Some relational database administration and SQL knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player
- Experience with Agile, continuous integration, and dealing with ambiguity
- Strong experience in leading a team technically & contribute at strategic level discussions.
- History of learning and adapting quickly
- Experience of working in Product Development Environment
