Support the internal audit function by conducting audits and risk assessments across departments and manufacturing units, as decided in the Audit Plan.
- Perform process walkthroughs, testing, and control evaluations to ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
- Reporting & Documentation**:Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, risk impact, and actionable recommendations.
- Track and follow up on audit findings until closure.

**Qualifications**:
B Com Graduates / Inter CA’s / Inter CMA’s or equivalent, with relevant experience of 1-3 years for Executive and 3 to 5 years for the Senior.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodology.
- Keen eye for details and Good with numbers.
- Ability to work independently at clients place and maintain the team decorum.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and quality standards.
- Proficient in MS Excel, audit tools, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.

Ability to travel to manufacturing plants and company sites as required
