Job Summary: - Sales Coordinator - Supply Chain Services (Contract Logistics) - Female Only.
Job Objective - Driving exponential growth in Contract Logistics business
- Enhance market penetration and promote the capabilities and network of Supreme Supply Chain to customers across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect lead database from online & offline sources.
- Generate new business leads and initiate contact.
- Make calls on provided database and fix customer appointments.
- Arrange customer appointments on the leads provided.
- Need to attend local customer appointments along with Manager.
- Ensure internal/External Minutes of Meetings will be published as per timeline.
- Coordination with Sales team on appointments/sales achievements to prepare various reports as required.
- Preparation of various reports as per requirement like Budgeting/Target vs achievements etc.
- Responsible for handling company Social Media account on communication channels like LinkedIn etc.
- Preparation and publish articles related to company offering etc. on social media account.
Customer Relations:
- Liaise with customers on a regular basis to identify their crucial and urgent requirements.
- Respond to customer mails within the prescribed TAT.
- Escalate cases when required.
Associated Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Exposure to supply chain industry and outsourcing trends prevailing among customers
- Customer Relationship experience.
- Ability to understand strategic supply chain priorities of the customer
- Excellent Communication Skills. - English Written/Verbal.
- Proficient in MS office tools - Excel/PPT.
Reporting: National Head - Sales
Working Conditions: Visits to new clients / HO for meeting.
Location: Delhi
Budget: 9 LPA (CTC)
Required Experience: 5+ yrs of Sales Experience, preferably in the supply chain industry
