We are looking for an experienced draftsman who can join immediately
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Create architectural drawings based on building specification, calculations sketches.
- Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.
- Coordinating documents related to sanction with the clients and ensuring all details are correct.
- Develop electrical and structural designs to incorporate into architectural drawings.
- Work with architect to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications.
- Ensuring to adhere to the industry standards and safety regulations at all times.
- To ensure architectural working drawings are done on time keeping the deadlines.
- Selection of floor tile, roof tile and sanitary fittings to be coordinated on time as per construction quote.
- Automation, structural, solar, landscaping and mep consultants to be coordinated as per discussion with architect.

Years of Experience: 3-6yrs
