**Preparing samples**: Prepare samples from work sampling location, including grain dust.
**Observing samples**: observe, track, and record sample characteristics, such as color, texture, shape, size, smell, density, weight, and temperature.
**Inspecting Materials**: Examining raw materials and components to ensure they meet quality standards before they are used in production.
**Testing Products**: Conducting tests and measurements on finished products to verify their functionality, performance, and compliance with specifications.
**Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities. This documentation is often crucial for regulatory compliance and product traceability.
**Identifying Defects**: Identifying and documenting any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products or processes, and working with relevant teams to address and rectify them.
**Process Improvement**:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, efficiency, and reliability.
**Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with BRC and relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
**Communication**: Providing feedback to production teams, suppliers, and management regarding quality issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
**Training**:Providing training to production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
