**JOB DISCRIBTION**
- Ensure all areas of the Salon are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
- Ensure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the Salon standards.
- Ensure proper inventories of all operating Salon equipment are conducted.
- Ensure that Salon follows business conduct and ethics.
- Handling any guest complaints or special requirements.
- Able to promote, sell and upsell Salon and Spa packages
- Responsible for reviewing all guest feedback results and implement improvements to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for spa employee’s weekly duty schedules and staff duty charts.
- Regularly monitor all equipment for the proper functioning in the Salon to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Recruit and train Salon employees in accordance with sop and guidelines.
- Monitor and review Salon employees performance regularly and provide required guidence.
- Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Salon operation

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
