**Hiring Jewelry Cad Designer**

Experience:3 to 6years

Salary-25K-35K

Location: Gandhipuram,Coimbatore

**Role Summary** Responsible to monitor the designers ensure all details are accurate while generating the sketchesof jewelry. Work closely with critical CAD designs and ensure the accuracy in its tolerance values.

**Roles &Responsibilities**

**KRA 1: Design Planning**
- Assign tasks to junior designers and plan for deadlines according to their individual

capacity.
- Coordinate to ideate plans to achieve daily output in terms of quality and quantity of the

product
- Manage team to create new ideas for product development and flexible enough to achieve

results in end product.
- Discuss and formulate ideas based on customer requirement.

See the functionality and aesthetic sense of each design and foresee the final output and

budget when manufactured.
- Ensure team demonstrate commercial awareness and confidence to create unique Jewelry

designs as per company requirement.

**KPIs**
- No. of new designs created and approved.
- Adherence to the planned budget.

**KRA 2: Design and Production Monitoring**

and Technical knowledge.
- Work with materials such as gemstones, diamonds and metals.
- Ensure Team follows standard measures for reduce gold wastage.
- Conceptualize the requirement and get involved to every stage of for negotiating cost/

reducing metal wastage.
- Communicate with vendors for manufacturing CAM.
- Communicate with Production team regarding the technical aspects of CAD.

**KPIs**
- Accuracy/ Functionality (End product vs CAD)
- Timely creation and submission of designs
- Adherence to measurement standards
- % Of reduced errors in QC.

**KRA 3: Records Management**
- Monitor CAD files as per the instruction provided by the concerned authority and report if

required.
- Monitor specification sheet for all jewelry created.

**KPIs**
- Accurate Record Keeping.
- Timely Reporting.

**KRA 4: Team Management**
- Assign tasks to junior designers and plan for deadlines according to their individual

capacity.
- Analyze the capacity of each junior designer and set action plans to meet deadlines.

**KPIs**
- Timely Completion of Team Target.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
