OCL Services is a fast-growing logistics and courier company based in Guwahati. We specialize in reliable and on-time delivery services across Assam and beyond. We’re expanding our telesales team to reach more businesses and customers.

**Job Overview**:
We are hiring a **Telesales Executive** who is confident, persuasive, and committed to achieving results. You’ll connect with potential customers over phone calls, explain our services, and help convert leads into successful business deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Clearly explain OCL Services.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain customer records.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Keep detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service preferred (freshers with good communication can apply).
- Strong communication skills in **Hindi, Bengali and Assamese** (English is a plus).
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools, etc.).
- Must be comfortable working from the office.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Location: Rehabari, Guwahati
