Production Supervisor

**We're Hiring: Production Supervisors (2 Positions)**

**Location**: NEOTECH SPECIALITY STRUCTURES Pvt. Ltd. **Bobbili, Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh - 535558**

**Experience Required**
- **Minimum 5 years** of hands-on experience in **PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)** and **heavy fabrication**.
- Prior experience as a **Welding Supervisor** is an added advantage.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering**

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of **fabrication processes**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and ability to **read & interpret technical drawings**.
- Good leadership and team supervision abilities.
- Knowledge of **welding processes** and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily production activities ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with engineers and welders to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and production protocols.
- Interpret structural drawings and guide the team accordingly.
- Monitor welding and fabrication quality and ensure compliance with client requirements.
