**Job Title: Site Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**:Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

**Site Preparation**:Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure suitability for construction.
Work with surveyors and other professionals to establish reference points and benchmarks.

**Construction Supervision**:Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to optimize workflow.

**Quality Control**:Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets specified standards.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and address quality issues.

**Safety Compliance**:Promote and enforce safety standards on the construction site.
Conduct safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license may be required.
- Proven experience in construction site management and project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,818.48 - ₹32,252.65 per month
