**Responsibilities**:

- **Handle Incoming Calls**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries, product queries, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about our cake products, pricing, and delivery options.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, striving for swift resolution.
- **Make Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our cake products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or customer inquiries.
- Conduct cold calling activities to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and uniqueness of our cakes to prospective customers.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting our cake products and upselling additional items.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and suggest complementary products to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue.
- **Maintain Customer Relationships**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their preferences, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for improvement.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate
- Min 1 year (Sales) experience
- Good communication skill
- Fluency in English and Malayalam

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
