**Minimum qualifications**:
1-2 years of experience in UX designing.

Love building complex tools that balance power and flexibility with ease of use.

Experience working with early stage efforts, dealing with ambiguity, and driving projects forward.

She/he should have advanced skills in designsoftware - Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.

**Preferred qualifications**:
Experience with key contributions to innovative, successful products.

Experience in maintaining and implementing brand guidelines

Ability to be proactive at addressing feedback, represent, and advocate for UX and users.

Demonstrated visual design and aesthetic sense.

Excellent collaboration skills with other UX, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing.

Excellent interaction and visual design skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with Motion graphics, animation, and video work with an understanding of UI/UX Design would be a plus.
