**Responsibilities)**:

- **उच्च कक्षाओं (Class 9th to 12th)** के लिए अंग्रेज़ी भाषा और साहित्य की पढ़ाई करना।
- बोर्ड परीक्षा (जैसे CBSE/UP Board आदि) की तैयारी हेतु पाठ्यक्रम पूरा कराना।
- छात्रों की **भाषाई दक्षता (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)** में सुधार लाना।
- कक्षा में **इंटरएक्टिव और विद्यार्थी-केंद्रित शिक्षण विधियों** का उपयोग करना।
- समय पर **पाठ योजनाएं (Lesson Plans)** और मूल्यांकन तैयार करना।
- विद्यार्थियों की **प्रगति का मूल्यांकन** एवं उसकी रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
- परीक्षा प्रश्न पत्र बनाना एवं मूल्यांकन करना।
- अभिभावकों के साथ समन्वय बनाना और समय-समय पर फीडबैक देना।
- स्कूल के साहित्यिक व सह-शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमों में सक्रिय भागीदारी।
- विद्यालय की अनुशासन नीति का पालन एवं अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना।
**आवश्यक कौशल (Required Skills)**:

- उत्कृष्ट अंग्रेज़ी भाषा ज्ञान (व्याकरण, लेखन, उच्चारण)
- संवाद कौशल और प्रस्तुति कौशल
- कक्षा प्रबंधन की कुशलता
- बोर्ड परीक्षा पैटर्न का ज्ञान
- रचनात्मक और आलोचनात्मक सोच

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
