**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation and Management:

- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to Reddit, Quora, and LinkedIn audiences.
- Ensure content aligns with company voice, tone, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Community Engagement:

- Actively participate in relevant discussions and communities on Reddit, Quora, and LinkedIn.
- Build and nurture relationships with community members and influencers.
- Address community questions, feedback, and concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research to identify trending topics and discussions relevant to our industry.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and ROI.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
- Strategy Development:

- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, collaborations, and content that resonate with target audiences.
- Test and refine strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on community feedback and social media trends.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Reddit, Quora, and LinkedIn, including platform-specific best practices and community guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about social media and staying updated on industry trends.
