**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Skincare Treatments**: Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized services tailored to clients' needs.
- **Consultations**: Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- **Hair Removal**: Provide hair removal services such as waxing, threading, and laser treatments.
- **Product Recommendations**: Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products for home care.
- **Sanitation**: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- **Client Records**: Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- **Sales**: Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products to meet sales goals.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products through continuous education and training.

**Requirements**:

- **Certification**: Valid aesthetician license/certification in the state/country of practice.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as an aesthetician preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in performing a range of skincare treatments and hair removal techniques.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide personalized skincare advice and treatments.
- Sales skills and the ability to promote products and services effectively.
- **Personality**: Detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about skincare and beauty.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
