**Job Description**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
Assists the Housekeeping Manager with the planning, organizing and supervision of the cleaning and maintenance of the resorts. Specific responsibilities include guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas, linen and uniforms of resort.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensures that the standards and procedures of the Rooms Division are followed.
- Initiates and maintains effective communication within the Housekeeping Department and with other departments.
- Assists the Housekeeping Manager in carrying out his responsibilities.
- Responsible for preparing daily scheduling of Room Attendant, Houseman, Public Area Attendant.
- Responsible for an efficient Lost and Found service.
- Responsible for maintaining a par stock of guest room and cleaning supplies.
- To know and be aware of Fire and Safety Procedure of the hotel.
- Take ownership of any problem He/She receives and react quickly to follow-up.
- To resolve and to prevent re-occurrence of problems

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to guest service
