**Job Title: Female Art & Craft Teacher (Cambridge Curriculum)**

**Location**: Sirsa, Haryana

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging art and craft lessons that align with the Cambridge curriculum framework.
- Develop creative and innovative lesson plans that encourage students to explore various art forms, techniques, and materials.
- Foster an appreciation for art history and diverse artistic styles.
- Prepare students for any related Cambridge art assessments.
- **Instruction and Skill Development**:

- Teach a wide range of art and craft techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpting, pottery, and other craft activities.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students of varying skill levels.
- Encourage students to express their creativity and develop their unique artistic voices.
- Organize and manage school art exhibitions, and displays.
- **Classroom Management and Safety**:

- Maintain a safe and organized art studio environment.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of art supplies and equipment.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art and craft into the school's overall curriculum.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and artistic development.
- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
- **Resource Management**:

- Maintain and organize art supplies and equipment.
- Source and procure necessary art materials.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching art and craft, preferably in a Cambridge curriculum setting.
- Strong proficiency in a variety of art and craft techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for art and a commitment to inspiring students.
- Experience working with children of various age groups.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Cambridge art assessments.
- Knowledge of art history and contemporary art.
- Ability to work with a wide range of art mediums.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
