**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, and assessments that cater to the individual needs of students.
- Conduct regular tests and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.
- Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Prepare students for board examinations and assist with career counseling where needed.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff for inter-disciplinary learning and school events.
- Participate in school functions, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
- Manage classroom discipline and encourage responsible behavior.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Com / MBA / M.A. in Business Studies or Economics) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferably in a CBSE).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
