As a football coach, your role involves much more than just teaching the sport. Here are some key responsibilities:

- **Player Development**: Work on improving the skills and abilities of each player on the team. This includes technical skills like passing, dribbling, shooting, as well as tactical understanding such as positioning, teamwork, and decision-making.
- **Team Strategy**: Develop and implement team strategies and tactics for both offense and defense. This includes formations, set plays, and adapting strategies based on the strengths and weaknesses of the team and the opponent.
- **Physical Conditioning**: Design and oversee training programs to improve players' physical fitness, including strength, speed, endurance, and agility. This may involve planning drills, workouts, and recovery sessions.
- **Motivation and Leadership**: Inspire and motivate players to give their best effort both in training and during matches. Provide leadership and guidance, fostering a positive team culture built on mutual respect, discipline, and commitment.
- **Game Preparation**: Analyze opponents' strengths and weaknesses to develop game plans and strategies. This may involve studying game footage, scouting reports, and conducting tactical training sessions.
- **In-Game Decision Making**: Make strategic decisions during matches, such as substitutions, tactical adjustments, and motivational interventions to maximize the team's performance and adapt to changing game situations.
- **Player Welfare**: Ensure the physical and mental well-being of players, including injury prevention, rehabilitation, and providing support for any personal or academic challenges they may face.
- **Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with players, assistant coaches, parents, and other stakeholders. This includes providing feedback, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive team environment.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and safety protocols governing the sport. Take measures to minimize the risk of injuries and prioritize the safety of players at all times.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest developments in football coaching methodologies, tactics, and training techniques. Attend coaching clinics, seminars, and conferences to expand your knowledge and skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
