**Role Overview**:
As a Fresher Graphic Designer, you will assist senior designers in creating visual content for various platforms, including digital and print media. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in the design industry.

**Key Responsibilities**1. **Assisting in Design Projects**
- Collaborate with senior designers to create visually appealing graphics and artwork for marketing materials, such as social media posts, posters, brochures, and digital advertisements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to develop compelling design concepts that align with the brand's identity and marketing objectives.l

2. **Graphic Design Execution**
- Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to bring design concepts to life, ensuring high-quality and captivating visuals.
- Prepare and refine design drafts for client presentations, incorporating feedback to improve the design and ensure client satisfaction.

3. **Brand Consistency**
- Maintain consistency in design elements and adhere to brand guidelines, ensuring all designs reflect the brand’s visual identity.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with company branding guidelines and standards.

4. **Staying Updated on Design Trends**
- Continuously research and stay informed about emerging design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance the quality and relevance of designs.
- Adapt to new tools and technologies to improve design processes and outcomes

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**: Basic knowledge of design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Design Knowledge**: Understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
