- This is a pan G role where the individual would be managing:_
- _Business to Business [B2B] collection portfolio of one of the G verticals_
- _Dispute management_
- Responsibilities_
- _Driving B2B timely collections from clients spreading globally across industries. You will be aligned to one of the G verticals to drive business collections as an Individual contributor._
- _Quick dispute management by collaborating between different teams and clients to ensure timely resolution._
- _Days sales outstanding [DSO] management. Driving vertical DSO by ensuring timely collections as per the pay term agreed with various clients._
- _Effective forecast of monthly collections_
- _Reconciliation of account in case of dispute of payments by clients_
- _Ability to influence and drive change with businesses and within a team._
- _See opportunities for standardization and automation of processes to drive efficiency in collection organization._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Bachelor of commerce / Master of commerce_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Outstanding drive, excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to immediately contribute to a team environment_
- _Ability to influence peers and leaders across the business, and encourage, champion and lead team members._
