Proven experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain and update office records and databases. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment. Ensure that common areas are clean and conducive to productivity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
