**Job Title: RPO Recruiter**
**Location: Bhubaneswar ,Odisha/Onsite**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Shift: Night Shift (Monday - Friday)**
**Experience: 2+ years in Recruitment**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work directly with client hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and hiring goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Provide weekly reports and updates to both internal and client teams.
- Stay updated on market trends and talent strategies in the client's industry.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO or staffing environment.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across multiple functions or industries.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment CRMs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
**Preferred**:
- Experience with high-volume recruitment or specialized hiring (IT, healthcare, etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
