Collection process
- on time in centres, Proper updating of CMR, CTR, Loan Card

Update CMR [ with date and Sign ]

File taking process - Direct proof collection from customers, file entering, Orientation process

**3**

Registers - Registers should be updated daily wise. Collection register should be cross checked with CTR Carbon copy and ensure that all collections entered without error

**4**

Registers -Movement Registers Avery Movement from branch should Update in Movement Register

**5**

Collection updating through Mobile app and verifying RO Daily transaction report after Day end

**6**

Zero collection customers / centres should be given more concentration and should be reported to BM with reason and Contact number of such customers

**7**

Collection should be handed over to BM before 5:30 PM

**8**

Ensures fast and quality turn-around time for responses.

**9**

If any fake Ctr number update in Systen concerned Staff will terminate

Centre schedule should update in system

**Salary**: From ₹17,250.00 per month

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
