**Job Description & Key Duties:1. Office Administration & Documentation**:

- Manage and maintain office records, reports, and important documentation.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, reports, and proposals.

**2. Field Coordination & Vendor Management**:

- Visit field locations, monitor activities, and ensure proper execution of business operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers for procurement and logistics.
- Ensure smooth operations between office and field staff.

**3. Business Support & Customer Handling**:

- Assist in client interactions, attend meetings, and ensure follow-ups.
- Gather field data, customer feedback, and market insights for business improvement.
- Help in maintaining client relationships and resolving queries.

**4. Logistics & Resource Management**:

- Ensure smooth execution of field visits, product deliveries, or service coordination.
- Manage office supplies, procurement records, and inventory tracking.

**5. Team Coordination & Reporting**:

- Support senior management in operational planning and business execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on field activities and office operations.
- Collaborate with different departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**6. Compliance & Process Improvement**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and business regulations.
- Identify process improvements and suggest strategies for workflow optimization.

**Key Success Metrics**:

- Efficient management of **office and field operations**.
- Timely completion of **tasks, documentation, and reports**.
- Effective coordination between **vendors, clients, and team members**.
- Enhanced **business operations and customer satisfaction**.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Location**: Office-based with frequent field visits.
- **Reporting To**: Operations Manager / Senior Manager.
- **Work Schedule**: Standard office hours, with flexibility based on field visits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
