**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
Introduce products or services and explain their features and benefits.

**Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and engagement.
Collect and record relevant customer information.

**Product Knowledge**:Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered.
Articulate product features, advantages, and unique selling points.

**Achieve Sales Targets**:Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Strive to maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.

**Reports**: Provide regular reports on call outcomes and sales performance.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships for potential future sales.

**Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines**:Follow predefined scripts and guidelines for effective and compliant communication.
Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong sales aptitude.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus.
