- Train and mentor nursing educators, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and teaching methodologies.
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to assess and improve the quality of nursing care.
- Analyze data, trends, and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement evidence-based protocols and guidelines.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and licensing requirements.
- Ensure that nursing practices and educational programs comply with applicable regulations.
- Provide guidance on preparing for regulatory audits and inspections.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with nursing associations, boards, and professional organizations.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including students, practitioners, and policymakers.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
