Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Sales in real estate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage and communicate with potential clients to sell luxurious villas and real estate properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and persuasion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, explaining the benefits and features of the properties.
- Follow up with clients regularly and handle objections professionally.
- Assist in the overall sales strategy and work closely with the team to achieve company goals.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in villa selling or real estate.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong convincing ability with a natural flair for sales.
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Active, energetic, and self-motivated individual.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a good personality and the ability to build rapport quickly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in the selling luxurious properties, real estate industry or hospitality
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

**Location**:GIRNARE(GANGAPUR ROAD) NASHIK

**Salary**: 40-50K per month
