**Job Title**: General Medical Doctor and Healthcare

**Location**:Saravanampatti, Coimbatore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: 25k to 35k per month, depending on experience

**Job Summary**:

- As a Doctor, you will be a medical professional responsible for diagnosing, treating, and caring for patients' medical conditions.
- Your role is crucial in promoting health, preventing diseases, and providing medical expertise to enhance the well-being of individuals and communities.
- This position demands a deep understanding of medical science, excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to organize and prioritize workload taking initiative when appropriate
- Able to integrate into a multi-cultural team and cooperate with co-workers
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team and ability to cope with stress.
- Good Punctuality and ability to act with responsibility
- Demonstrates flexibility in taking up tasks outside of regular job responsibilities as required and aptitude for humanitarian medical work.

**Requirements**:

- Essential computer skills (especially MS Office MS Word and MS Excel) reporting skills.
- Languages: English, Hindi Marathi.
- To be the focal point for patients needing combo (DLM +BDQ+-imp based) regimens.
- To organize case discussions weekly, design the appropriate regimens for complex cases and be responsible for clinical follow up and monitoring of patients. To ensure that all data related to these patients is captured in the patient files.
- Medical Degree
- Completion of an accredited medical school and relevant certifications.
- Medical License
- Valid and active license to practice medicine in the required jurisdiction.
- Specialization
- Some positions may require specialized training and certification in a specific medical field (e.g., cardiology, pediatrics, surgery).
- Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and medical colleagues effectively.
- Empathy
- Ability to empathize with patients and demonstrate compassion and understanding.
- Problem-Solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose complex medical conditions.
- Attention to Detail
- Meticulousness in patient examinations and record-keeping to ensure accuracy.

- Flexibility to work in different healthcare settings and handle diverse medical cases.

- Capability to work long hours and respond to emergencies, as needed.

Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
