Key Responsibilities
- Document Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project
documentation, including plans, reports, and other relevant materials.
- Scheduling project meetings
- preparing reports
- managing project documentation,
- Handling correspondence.
- Taking minutes, and distributing action items.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues or risks, and ensuring tasks
are completed on time and within scope.
- Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and other
relevant parties, keeping everyone informed of project status and any
developments.
- Ensuring team members have the necessary resources, including equipment,
supplies, and information, to complete their tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members
and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, meet deadlines, and work effectively under
pressure.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as basic computer
skills.
- All non-standard orders needs to be check in the details and prepare the requirements and
coordinate with all the concern team. Ensure customer approval has taken prior start the
production.
- Collect and maintain all the DG performance test reports and share it to all the concern team
members.
- Provide technical and document support to marketing in non-standard requirements
- Supporting to PPC in non-standard requirement.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborate with others, and build strong
working relationships.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
