**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Sales**: Contact potential clients through outbound calls to introduce Belle Amore’s event management services and cafe packages. Engage prospects and promote our offerings to generate interest.
- **Customer Inquiries**: Address inquiries regarding event packages, services, and cafe menu options. Provide detailed and accurate information to help clients make informed decisions.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update client databases regularly, track call outcomes, and report on sales progress to the Sales Manager.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting inquiries into successful bookings and events.
- **Follow-Up Calls**: Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and event management teams to ensure seamless coordination for booked events.
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Keep up to date with competitors’ offerings, trends in the event and hospitality industry, and customer preferences.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tele-sales or telemarketing, ideally within the event management or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to address customer needs effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
