We are **Valour Alloys Inc.**, Manufacturing Steel Pipe, Tube, Fittings, Flanges Etc. located near Grant Road Station, 400004.

We are Looking for an experienced **SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) Welder** to operate our advanced **Beam Welding Machine** for structural beam fabrication. The SAW Welder will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the beam welding machine to weld large structural steel components with precision and efficiency. This position plays a crucial role in producing high-quality prefabricated beams for construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate and maintain the Beam Welding Machine** to perform Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) on large steel beams and structures.
- Interpret **blueprints**, **technical drawings**, and **welding procedure specifications (WPS)** to ensure accurate weld placement and alignment.
- Set up the welding machine, adjusting parameters such as **voltage**, **current**, **wire feed speed**, and **flux** to achieve optimal welding results.
- **Monitor the welding process**, ensuring the work meets quality standards and making adjustments to the machine as needed.
- **Inspect and measure** finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements, including size, penetration, and overall integrity.
- **Perform routine maintenance** on welding equipment and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Handle and position heavy materials, including the setup and alignment of large steel beams, using cranes or other material handling equipment.
- **Ensure adherence to safety protocols**, wearing the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other welders, machine operators, and production staff to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Document welding activities, including material usage, job specifications, and machine performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or GED required. Technical training or certification in welding is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **2+ years** of experience as a SAW Welder, ideally with **beam welding** or structural steel fabrication.
- Proficiency with **Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)** processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with **beam welding machines**, such as **Lincoln** or **ESAB Beam Welding Systems**.
- Strong ability to read and interpret **blueprints**, **technical drawings**, and **Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)**.
- Knowledge of weld inspection techniques, including visual and destructive testing.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to produce high-quality welds that meet stringent standards for structural integrity.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Capable of identifying and resolving technical issues with welding equipment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
