**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at SilverWorld in Janpath, New Delhi. The Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage store inventory, lead the retail team, and implement loss prevention strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
- Experience in managing jewelry or retail stores
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of jewelry trends and silver craftsmanship is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
