Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Designer to join our Bridal design team. As a Designer (Bridal), you will be responsible for creating stunning, bespoke bridal designs that exceed our customers' expectations. Your passion for bridal fashion, attention to detail, and creativity will help drive the success of our bridal collection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop bespoke bridal gowns, veils, and accessories that align with our brand's aesthetic and quality standards
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest bridal fashion trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the design team to develop cohesive collections and ensure consistency across all product lines
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are translated into high-quality, commercially viable products
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our target customer, including their needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Create technical packs, including sketches, specifications, and fabric swatches, to communicate design intent to production teams
- Participate in design meetings, fittings, and other relevant meetings to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the product development process
- Stay within budget and timeline constraints to ensure designs are delivered on time and within budget

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in bridal design or a related field
- Portfolio that showcases your bridal design expertise and creativity
- Strong understanding of bridal fashion trends, fabrics, and construction techniques
- Excellent sketching and rendering skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CAD design software (e.g., OptiTex, TUKAcad)
- Knowledge of têxtile science and fabric sourcing
- Familiarity with bridal industry trends and competitor activity
- Certification in bridal design or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
