**Job Title**: IT Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the IT field and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide and mentor students to ensure their academic success.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning environment.
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and conducting IT-related workshops, seminars, and events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and job market requirements to help students with career guidance.

**Requirements**:

- BE or B. Tech degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 0 or 1 year of experience working in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in various IT domains, such as programming, networking, database management, cybersecurity, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology tools.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development.

**Salary: 15K +**
