We are looking for a smart individual who can creatively represent ideas in graphic (primarily animation) form. Someone willing to grab the opportunity to work with flexibility and creative liberty is always welcome at Interplay.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Conceptualize and develop animation concepts and storyboards.
- Create high-quality 2D or 3D animations, including character animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Ensure animations are in line with the project's artistic and technical specifications.
- Animate characters, objects, and environments, bringing them to life with fluid and realistic movements.
- Incorporate audio elements, such as sound effects and music, to enhance the animation.
- Continuously improve animation techniques and stay updated with industry trends.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Provide input and creative solutions during the project's development process.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new and innovative animation ideas.
- Segments - Illustrations, Social Media Posts, Animations, Motion Graphics, Minimal Concepts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Animator, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and character performance.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning animations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different project requirements.
- Knowledge of 2D or 3D modelling and rigging is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
