Job Description: Sales Coordinator
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and client communications.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and agreements.
2. Order Processing:
Process orders received from customers.
Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Client Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
5. Team Coordination:
Liaise with other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, production) to streamline sales processes.
Schedule and coordinate sales team meetings and training sessions.
6. Market Research:
Assist in market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
7. Targets and Goals:
Track sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
