**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll and manage related payroll taxes.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
- Provide recommendations for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
- Handle any other financial tasks as required by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software TALLY and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
