Location

**Education Qualification**:
Master/Bachelors degree in Pharmacy/ Engineering/ MBA

2) Strong Knowledge of Six Sigma, DFSS, QbD

3) **Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma) certification**

**4) PMP certification is preferred**

5) Knowledge of cGMP is preferred

Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, DFSS. Strategize and drive various Business Excellence Initiatives in Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, New Product Development in terms of process improvements & innovation to create additional bottom-line impact

**Job Context**:
Accentuate the need of deploying digitization for improving efficiencies across Business processes. Actively work along with IT, user departments and prioritize key areas for digital transformation. Act as a coordinator for deployment of Industry 4.0 concepts using MES and other digital transformation tools. Use Lean Six Sigma approach for optimizing the process before automating it using technology. Coach and mange to train team members for effective adoption of new technology.

**Functional** **Skills**

1) **MES (Manufacturing Execution System) deployment Simulation & Modeling using SAS based data analytics tools, Business Intelligence tools like Tableau/ Power BI**

**2) Project Management professional**

3) Very Strong Knowledgeable & Hands-on experience on QbD, Design of Experiments(DoE) / DFSS / IFSS / Statistics

4) Hands-on experience in lean, six sigma, value stream mapping & theory of constraint

Process data analysis for improvements in design and optimization of operating conditions.
