We are offering a **rare opportunity to become a 50% partner** in **Moonlight Cafe**, a rooftop café strategically located in the heart of Delhi’s education hub — Old Rajendra Nagar.

**What We’re Offering**:
**50% Partnership** in Moonlight Cafe
**No upfront investment required**
Invested ₹10 Lakhs in setup (furniture, kitchen equipment, branding, etc.)
Affordable **rooftop rent: ₹25,000/month**
**Ready customer base** - Over **600 regular library students** nearby

**How It Works**:

- You **don’t pay ₹5 Lakhs upfront** for the 50% share.
- We will recover our share (₹5 Lakhs) gradually from **your profit share over 1 year**.
- Only **mandatory requirement**: Your **physical presence** at the cafe to oversee operations and growth.
