- Designing layouts for gardens, considering factors such as plant varieties, aesthetics, and environmental sustainability.

3. **Plant Care and Maintenance**:

- Monitoring the health and growth of plants, trees, and shrubs.
- Implementing appropriate watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control measures.
- Ensuring compliance with organic or sustainable gardening practices, if applicable.

4. **Equipment and Resource Management**:

- Procuring and maintaining necessary tools, equipment, and supplies for horticultural activities.
- Managing budgets and expenses related to horticultural projects.

5. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Providing training on safe work practices and procedures to team members.

6. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keeping accurate records of horticultural activities, including plant inventory, maintenance schedules, and expenses.
- Generating reports on performance, project progress, and budget utilization.

7. **Continual Improvement**:

- Staying updated on latest horticultural techniques, technologies, and trends.
- Implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of horticultural operations.

8. **Environmental Stewardship**:

- Promoting environmental sustainability through practices such as water conservation, waste reduction, and habitat preservation.
- Participating in initiatives aimed at biodiversity conservation and ecosystem restoration.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
